Head coach of Bofoakwa Tano Stephen Frimpong Manso is hoping his outfit starts the 2023/2024 Ghana Premier League season on a good note.
The domestic top-flight league finally begins this month on September 15, 2023.
The Sunyani based club had good a preseason following the Division One Super Cup triumph and according to Frimpong Manso he is hoping his side improves on super cup performance to place a better position.
Speaking after their first training session at the newly renovated Sunyani Coronation park he said his side are well prepared to return to the topflight on high note.
“We are preparing massive but I believe we are ready to go this season. I hope we get flying start to the campaign” he told Sunyani based Ark FM.
The Sunyani-based club secured promotion back to the Ghana Premier League after a lengthy spell in the Division One League since 2008.
Bofoakwa Tano will begin their 2023/24 campaign with a trip to Great Olympics.
