The Nkroful Community in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region can now boast of infrastructural development on sports as the Adamus Resources Limited has agreed for the construction of a new astro turf for the people.
It comes after an extensive discussion between the company Directors and the Member of Parliament of Ellembelle, Hon.Armah Kofi Buah.
Speaking in an interview with Onua TV, Hon. Armah Kofi Buah acknowledge the efforts of the ENI who have constructed three mini-astro turfs for Sanzule, Eikwe and Atuabo Community.
He indicated that, he has held some talks with Adamus Resources Limited for the construction of the astro turf for Nkroful.
He revealed that, his office in collaborating with Adamus, aimed at providing quality sports playing grounds for the youth to enable them to exhibit their talents and improve their skills on standard FIFA pitches.
Works on the facility is expected to come with fencing and floodlights and expected to be completed before 2025.
The Deputy Minority Leader siezed the opportunity and urged the chiefs and elders of Nkroful to make available piece of land for the project.
