Former Ghana Premier League top scorer, Diawisie Taylor, is on the brink of joining Bibiani GoldStars ahead of the second round of the Ghana Premier League (GPL), Domesticsportsgh.com understands.
However, despite Gold Stars’ desire to secure a permanent deal, Taylor has emphatically declined the offer and the former Black Stars B striker who is aiming for more options at the end of the season, has firmly expressed his intention to depart as a free agent, declining the opportunity for a long-term commitment with Gold Stars. Currently, a verbal agreement stands in place, with Gold Stars diligently preparing the contract as per the agreed terms, according to Totalghanasports reports.
The former Karela United poster boy returned to Ghana following his contract expiration with Sudanese club Al-Merrikh Sporting Club where he joined on loan from Egyptian Premier League side Future FC.
