Mohammed Kudus, a star for West Ham United, has received praise from Black Stars coach Chris Hughton, who called him a dynamic player with extraordinary goal-scoring ability.

Ghana’s 55-man roster for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) includes the 23-year-old midfielder, who has been an outstanding performer for the Hammers.

Regarding Kudus’s style of play, Hughton said,”He’s a very talented player, there’s no doubt. The type of player he is, you look at him as a 10 because he’s a goal scorer; you want to get him close to goal, but he has had good success playing on that right-hand side (as a winger).”

The ongoing discussion around Kudus’ ideal position and role on the field is heightened by the coach’s remarks.
