Deon Hotto’s heading goal in the 88th minute gave Namibia a stunning 1-0 win over Tunisia in Group E’s first game of the day played at the Amadou Gon Coulibaly Stadium in Korhogo.
Tunisia are ranked 28th in FIFA’s global rankings, while Namibia are 115th.
In nine previous matches at the Africa Cup of Nations across three editions of the tournament, Namibia had never won a match.
