Samartex announces off-season double friendly games against King Bobo, Holy Stars and Nzema Kotoko

Ghana Premier League side Samartex has safely arrived in Nzema and scheduled a pair of pre-season friendly matches at CAM Park-Aiyinase and Ampain as part of their efforts to refine their preparations for the return of the Ghana Premier League.

Commencing this afternoon at 3:00 PM, the Timber giant will square off against King Bobo FC, a division two side in the district.

They will also take on Nzema Kotoko in Ampian and Basake Holy Stars at CAM Park on Friday and Sunday respectively.

These fixtures have been arranged to fine-tune the team’s strategies and assess their readiness ahead of the second round of the GPL which is slated on the weekends of April 23, 2024.

These games will also provide coach Nureeden Amadu with a chance to evaluate player performances, identify areas that require improvement, and experiment with various tactical formations.

Samartex are leading the Ghana Premier League summit with 32 points after 17 games.
