Former Gambia coach Tom Saintfiet, has confirmed that Ghana FA has approached him regarding the vacant position of the Black Stars team.
This revelation follows the dissolution of the Black Stars technical team led by Chris Hughton after the Stars poor show at the Afcon 2023 in Cote D’Ivoire.
In a recent interview with Cameroon media outlet La Teniere, Tom Saintfiet revealed that he has been approached by many countries to manage their national team.
“Many countries have approached me Ghana, Ivory Coast, Tunisia and Cameroon, “We will study the offers and see the way forward”.
Tom Saintfiet boasts a successful track record in Africa football and could be a potential candidate to steer the Black Stars return to its glory days.
