Former Nzema Kotoko player, Joseph Sam says the problems Nzema Kotoko are facing currently goes way beyond the coach to other management problems.
Speaking in an interview with a Domesticsportsgh.com’s reporter, he revealed that the management of Nzema Kotoko should be responsible for the current state of the club.
According to him, the problems faced by the Atwe club were as a result of individualistic behavior of the team’s leadership.
” I have been with Nzema Kotoko for more than three years and I believe the problems that they are facing were there during our time too, sacking and changing coaches have been our problems, lack of motivation too as well”, he added.
The former defender also advised his outfit to deepen both the management and technical team.
” Nzema Kotoko is a big team and we can do well by changing our attitudes “, he added.
Nzema Kotoko finished 14th position after the 2023/24 Division One Zone Two season.
