On Tuesday, Hearts of Oak’s contractor officially handed over the modern secretariat to the club’s board.
The ceremony took place at the Adabraka location, where the state-of-the-art building was presented to Executive Chairman Togbe Afede and the board, including Managing Director Vincent Sowah Odotei and other members.
The new Phobia House will serve as the club’s headquarters and administrative center.
This ultra-modern facility, the first of its kind for any Ghanaian team, will house various offices and is expected to drive the club’s success in the upcoming season after a challenging year.
