The Ghana League Club Association (GHALCA) has issued a press release to disassociate itself from recent comments made by its chairman, Mr.Kudjo Fianoo, during several radio interviews.
In a formal statement, the GHALCA Executive ( EXCO) clarified that while they respect Mr.Fianoo’s right to express his personal opinions on football matters, they stress the need to separate these from the official stance of the association.
In the press release, GHALCA made it clear that it has no intention of moving against Mr.Fianoo due to his comments and emphasized the need for differentiation between personal views and official communication.
The EXCO reaffirms its position as a key Stakeholder in Ghana Football, especially in its efforts to support the improvement of the Black Stars.
The GHALCA EXCO also took the opportunity to express its appreciation to former chairman Alhaji Raji for his role in mediating certain issues with the organization.
