The game saw both teams in fierce contention, with Accra Lions initially seizing control through Abubakar Ali, who scored in the 43rd minute to send his team into half with a narrow lead.
However, Samartex left Back, Benedict Afful, snatched a dramatic equalizer deep into stoppage time in the 90+3 minute, denying Accra Lions a much needed victory.
