Following the current state of the Ghana Premier League, champions Samartex have announced ambitious plans for a training tour in Nzema, commencing on Tuesday February 18, 2025.
The Timber giant aims to fine tune their skills and strategies through engagements with some renowned clubs on Nzema land to have some diverse challenges and exposures as they gear up for the final half of the season.
The comprehensive training regimen is designed to elevate the team’s performance levels and foster cohesion after poor results during the first round of the Ghana Premier League.
They are expected to play Anokyi United, Nzema Kotoko and possible Basake Holy Stars in a high profile friendly.
The Ghana Premier League is on hold after the demise of the famous Kotoko supporter Nana Pooley.
