“With his pace, power and European flair, Aminu is set to bring flair, creativity and goals to our frontline. Dawowar nan ta fi ƙarfin da da!-This comeback will be stronger than before” on the club’s X (former Twitter) page.

Aminu Mohammed starred for Ghana at the Under 17 World Cup in 2017 in a squad that produced Tottenham Hotspurs’ Mohammed Kudus and AJ Auxerre defender Gideon Mensah.

He was scouted by the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich before joining Man City’s Academy for a reported fee of $1.5 million.

However, he failed to live up to expectations and is aiming to resurrect his career.
