The Youth of Axim through the Municipal Youth Parliament has reportedly issued a strong warning to the Bismat Construction Limited should they step in their way not to grant them access of using the Axim Sports Complex for their annual Kundum Football Gala.
Bismat Construction Limited has rejected the ideal of the handling over the facility for the planning committee of the Axim Annual Kundum Festival.
In an exclusive interview, the construction firm made it clear the facility is not yet completed and commission hence it will not be appropriate for the community to use it.
Municipal Youth Parliament speaker of the Evalue Ajomoro Gwira, Rth. Honorable Jonas Kabutey has told West End Radio that, nothing would stop them from using the facility for their games and ready to face any consequences.
” We are going to use the facility, enough is enough, it’s almost 7 year down the line and nothing has been done concerning the completion of the project, this time no way we will use it, they can come and arrest us” He said.
Sixteen community teams are expected to participate in this year’s Kundum Football Gala Competition respectively starting this week according to the youth.
