“Health is more important than entertainment” -Dominuc Eshun on cancellation of GPL
Hearts of Oak winger Dominic Eshun believes that health should take the precedence in the decision of the future of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.
The competition has been suspended for a while and according to the FA a decision on the future of Ghana football leagues will be decided after July 31.
In an interview with West End Radio on Tuesday, he stated that it is a double edged sword but he ultimately picked health over entertainment.
“It is a double edged sword” our Covid-19 cases is growing up everyday ,but for health reasons ,I think we should cancel the season”
” You can’t also say we have to play because we have the corona virus going on. We have to leave the FA to make the decision but I personally think that health is more important than entertainment.”he added.
