“Diawise reveals pain of ‘hard and complicated’ Karela goal drought in the GPL “
Karela United forward Diawise Taylor has opened up on the pain of going seven games without a goal and says the barren run is something he does not want to experience again when the league resumes from Suspension.
The Ghana premier league has being suspended since mid-march following goverment ban on all social gatherings because of the novel Corona virus Pandemic which has claimed over 400,000 lives globally.
Taylor had scored 4 goals for Karela United in 14 matches played during the first round.But the former Bibiani Gold Stars striker is very upset on how he and his team has suffered without his goal after 7games.
“Of course [it is an opportunity] for us to re-arm ourselves,if we want to survive in the league ” but even without my goals we just want to win for the team and fans and to be as high as possible”. Diawise Taylor told Wontumi FM.
Taylor joined Karela United in 2016 from Bibiani Gold stars.
