“Weed smoking is nothing new among Ghanaian footballers”-Louis Agyemang
Ex Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko SC forward Louis Agyemang claims weed smoking amongst Ghanaian footballers is nothing new here.
Earlier this month coach J.E Sarpong made some allegations that 60% of footballers in Ghana smoke marijuana, popularly known as “weed” before and after matches.
LouisAgyemang who also played for AshantiGold SC and Medeama SC in the Ghana Premier League says the practice has been in existence for a very long time in the country.
The former Black Meteors attacker Made this revelations on Angel TV Sports.
“Weed smoking among Ghanaian footballers is nothing new. Even some colts footballers smoke before playing, so Premier League footballers smoking in Ghana is no news. It didn’t start today”he revealed.
The former Kaizer Chiefs and Etoile du Sahel forward also suggested random doping tests or mandatory test will help curb the menace.
