Reports:Hearts of Oak to offer Benjamin Afutu new contract extension
Glorious Accra Hearts of oak are set to offer midfield dynamo Benjamin Afutu a two -year extension deal that will see him remain at the club through to 2022.
According to reports from West End Radio,Afutu Kotey will remain with Hearts for at least two more years after the club and his agent reportedly agreed for extension deal.
Despite the deal not yet having been signed, Domesticsportsgh understands that both parties will put pen to paper with the club staying true to their policy of renewing “most performed” players.
Affutu joined Hearts of oak in 2018 from Karela United. Contractually his contract will run out in September.
The Phobians best “performed player’ before COVID-19 according to his teammates, recently lost mother and a deal is expected to be reached after the burial and funeral rites of his late mother.
