Head coach of Asante Kotoko , Maxwell Konadu has rubbished media reports that he has requested for a technical director.

The former Black Stars forward says no discussions have been held at the technical department about the appointment of a technical director at the club
“There’s no truth that I am recommending new Sporting Director. We are in an isolation, praying and planning amidst the COVID-19 pandemic so we haven’t decide any sporting director role to beef up my technical department,” he told Kumasi FM.
However, the former Ghana assistant coach has called on all and sundry to allow the board of directors of the club to focus on the job in order to avoid possible rows among the various departments.
