“Adopt female teams to help fight rape and teenage pregnancy”- Samira Suleman to GPL clubs
Black Queens Sensational star ,Samira Suleman has urged Ghana Premier league clubs to set up female teams to help get rid of teenage pregnancy and rape in the society.
The 28-year old believes that football can help save the lives of some innocent girls and if not many girls will be exposed to the dangers,she disclosed this in an interview with GH footy show on Monday.
“I know there isn’t much money in the men’s game,but if they adopt women’s football clubs ( it will help ) she added.
“One way to tackle teenage pregnancy and rape cases are by having women’s football clubs where you can house or accommodate players in club house” sadly most girls do stuff in Ghana for financial gains primarily.
Samira Suleman is currently plies her trade at Icelandic club Vikingur Olafsvik.
