Ghana Can win the AFCON under CK Akonnor – Baffour Gyan
Former Ghana international, Baffour Gyan has backed the Black Stars to make history with current crop of players.
The Ex Dynamo Moscow star who played for Ghana from 1998 to 2015 was one of the few players who has showered praise on the appointment of CK Akonnor as Black Stars head coach.
Ghana are yet to win an Africa cup since 1982 in Libya but Gyan believes that,the feat can be achieved under the leadership of Akonnor.
” CK Akonnor is a good coach,he has the nation at his hearts,very gentle and he is the right man for the Black Stars job ” he can achieve the AFCON success with these players ,all what they needs is determination” he told Adom FM.
Baffour Gyan played for both Liberty Professionals and Asante Kotoko in the Ghana premier league after ending several spells with foreign clubs.
