Kudus’ move a plus for Ghana – CK Akonnor
Black Stars coach, Charles Kwablan Akonnor, has praised Mohammed Kudus’ decision to move to the Dutch league as against interest from the English Premier League.
Describing the player as a great talent whose potentials needed to be further nurtured to blossom, the Ghanaian gaffer said he was happy to see his player move to bigger club.
“It’s a necessary move he made. It would have been wrong if he moved to England now because he needs to choose a club where he will get enough playing time.
“Once he is fully matured the English teams would come chasing him so I think it’s good he moved to Ajax where he will be playing more regularly,” the ex-Wolfsburg star star” told Graphic Sports in an interview.
