The head Coach of Accra Heart of Oak Edward Nii Odoom has approved the signing of highly rated Medeama SC midfield gem Justice Blay to Management to sign for the club.

The Phobians are set to make an official bid for Medeama Midfielder Justice Blay.
According to a reliable source,the head coach of Heart of Oak Edward Nii Odoom has submitted his wish list which includes the former Asante Kotoko player Justice Blay.
Blay, was in a scintillating form for the porcupine warriors in the truncated 2019-20 season during his loan spell.
Blay ended his loan spell with Kotoko last month and has returned to his parent club Medeama SC.
