Football ban to be lifted this month – Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah hints
The information minister, Honorable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has revealed that football in the country will bounce back this month following government series of interactions with the medical practitioners.
According to the former Broadcaster, President Nana Akuffo Addo has emphasized the need of football in the country and a decision has been made with regards to the football resumption.
Ghana football was put on hold in march following the government ban on all social gatherings due to the rapid spread of the deadly coronavirus pandemic.
In July, Ghana football Association put an end to the Ghana premier league in a way to curb the pandemic.
