Kotoko Captain,Felix Annan has been ruled out for 6-8 weeks
Kumasi Asante Kotoko safest pair of hands, Felix Annan has been ruled out for six-eight weeks after suffering a muscle tear on his right thigh in Kotoko’s 1:1 stalement with Berekum Chelsea over the weekend at the Golden City Park.
The goal-custodian was replaced by Kwame Baah after he picked a thigh injury in the dying Embers of the game.
Kwame Poku was on target for the Porcupine Warriors before the goal was cancelled out by former Ghana Premier League top-scorer Emmanuel Clottey.
A statement from Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC reads:
A musculoskeletal ultrasound scan conducted on Felix Annan confirmed a muscle tear in his right thigh.
Our Captain starts his rehabilitation and will be out for a few weeks.

Kotoko will host Medeama SC on Saturday in week 3 of the Ghana Premier League before the fly to Nouakchott, Mauritania next week to face FC Noaudhibou in the CAF Champions League preliminary stage.
