Karela United host Asante Kotoko at the CAM Park in the GPL game week 13
With Karela United record at the CAM Park still yet to be broken, we ask if some of the old boys can help Asante Kotoko break that jinx.
Karela United having fed Asante Kotoko with many players, the likes of Imoro Ibrahim, Ismai Abdul Ganiyu, Emmanuel Keyekeh and others including ex coach, Johnson Smith, the two teams has a whole lot of old faces.
Kotoko moved to the 3rd position after a 1:0 win over Inter Allies kind courtesy Naby Keita goal from the penalty spot.
Striker Kwame Poku’s form has been good so far, scoring 6 goals in the campaign, a game against the league leaders will be a good test for the striker.
Karela United are top of the league log with 22 points in 12 games, having not lost a home game.
Top scorer of the Ghana Premier League, Diawisie Taylor and ex-Kotoko attacker, Emmanuel Kwame Boateng have both scored 14 goals between them.
Karela United resilient form playing at home will be again tested against the porcupine warriors but can they stand this test too?
