OFFICIAL: Samuel Frimpong signs 2-year contract extension with Asante Kotoko
Krobea Kumasi Asante Kotoko defender, Samuel Frimpong “Eboue” has signed a two- year contract extension with the club after a marathon of talks with his representative for the past months.
The former Karela United loanee contract with the Porcupine Warriors was set to elapse this season and was tipped to exit the club but after a fruitful negotiation, he has extended his deal to keep him until 2023.

The 22-year old has acceded to the demands of his current employers thereby extending his stay with them for the next two football seasons in the domestic top-flight.
Frimpong’s contract extension will serve as a morale booster for coach Mariano Barretto outfits as he is set to play a big role in his setup for the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.
Samuel Frimpong joined Kumasi Asante Kotoko from Bekwai Youth Football Academy in the 2018-2019 football season, which was truncated due to the Anas expose.
