Kotoko’s Ismail Ganiyu to spend two weeks on the sidelines after injury against Inter Allies
Asante Kotoko defender Ismail Ganiyu is is set to be ruled out for two-weeks after he sufferings an injury against Inter Allies in the Ghana Premier League on Monday.

Andrews Appau scored the match winner as the Porcupine Warriors rallied to a 3-2 at the theatre of Dreams in Dawu to keep their title hopes unscathed.
Ganiyu was substituted and replaced by Mubarik Yussif after the first 45 minutes.
Speaking after the game, Kotoko coach Mariano Barreto says the 25-year-old got injured due to the poor nature of the pitch at the Theatre of Dreams, Dawu.
Ganiyu is expected to miss Kotoko’s game against Thunderbolt FC in the MTN FA Round of 32 fixture this weekend as well as the top-of-the-table clash against Hearts of Oak.
