We are not under pressure to qualify- Accra Lion’s Evans Etti
Ahead of the remaining matches in the 2021 National Division One League campaign, Accra Lions inform striker Evan’s Etti has stated that his team are not under any pressure to qualify for the next season’s Ghana Premier League.
Etti who disclosed this in an interview with Domesticsportsgh.com said that the priority of the team is to have good results to achieve their main target.
” We don’t even know the word under pressure, we are not under pressure to qualify ” Etti started.
“We have seen improvement in the team, we will take it match after match, that our main focus” and we will fight for the ultimate but we are not under pressure to do so” he added.
The former Karela United product has been sensational this season with 10 goals. The 19-year old became the first player to score in five consecutive matches in the 2020/21 Ghana Football Season.
Accra Lions are leading the Zone 3 table with 47 points after 24 games with 6 games left to play.
