MTN FA CUP: Supporters chief urges Karela fans not to take revenge against Medeama
Karela United Unique Supporters chief Emmanuel Kwofie ( Donzy) has urged Supporters and fans of the Aiyinase-based club not to retaliate after hooligans associated with Medeama SC attacked a few of their members and club officials.
The few fans of Karela United found their way to Akoon Park to watch Karela-Medeama Ghana Premier League matchday 28 clash, a match which the home side eventually won by a solitary goal.
However, it ended ugly as Karela fans were physically attack and thier Jerseys ripped by their rivals, according to an inside reports gathered by West End Radio.
“Our hope is to see the Ghana FA take action on these consistent vices by Medeama” he disclosed this in an interview with West End Radio after the incidents.
The supporters chief further urged the Karela fans not to avenge the incident but allow respective authorities to act.
” I am pleading Karela fans not to revenge but continue preaching peace while doing what is right on the pitch” he added.
