“He’s going nowhere”- Nzema Kotoko Boss closes door on Akese Akese sale
Nzema Kotoko club chairman Francis K Baah has ruled out selling Akese Akese in the next transfer window.
Rumors in the press had linked the goal poacher with a move to the Ghana Premier League sides Karela United, Legon Cities and Medeama SC.
Akese scored 12 goals in the just ended National Division One League season after his side finished fourth on the league log despite shambolic start of the season.
But Mr Francis K Baah has unequivocally closed the door on shipping Akese Akese out in the next transfer window.
“ Akese is going nowhere, I said already we need him for our project next season, he will stay with us I can assure our fans because he has contract with us” Mr Baah told West End Radio in an exclusive interview.
The Ivorian-born Ghanaian International joined Nzema Kotoko on a 5-year deal from Western Masters, a second division side based in Nzema- Alowule.
