My secret is hard work- Kobina Amissah
Bibiani Gold Stars head-coach Kobina Amissah has said that the secret behind his Division One League successes is nothing short of hard work.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, the former Elmina Sharks gaffer said, “ i don’t think there is secret to my recents achievement apart from hard work.
I work very hard and always recruits players that can help me to complete the mission”.
On record, Kobina Amissah has promoted four clubs to the Premier league, which is unprecedented in the history of the Ghana Football.
He guided Hasacaas, Berekum Chelsea, Elmina Sharks and just recently Bibiani Gold Stars into the Ghana Premier League.
The Division One League football expert however, stressed that he always loves his work more than anything.
“It’s all about hard work because when you are working and you don’t attach seriousness to it I don’t think you will be successful” he stated.
When you ask me to take over your team from another coach, I have to make sure I recruit the type of players that can do the job for me by understanding my philosophy’. He concluded.
