Jomoro MP ‘in talks’ to buy another Division One Club
Honourable Dorcas Affo-Toffey who recently took over the helm of affairs as the new owner of relegated Division One League side, Proud United, could follow another footsteps as she is reportedly looking to establish a franchise club in Ghana’s second tier competition next year.
Reports claim the beautiful politician and her management are in talks to purchase the license of one of the Division One clubs and will look to relocate the club to her constituency.
It has been claimed by Nzema-based West End Radio, her constituents are already supportive of a proposed take over as it could increase interest, investment and commercial aspects in the Jomoro Municipal.
Madam Affo-Toffey is the mother of renowned Afro-pop singer Fantana.
