ASBON impress with the Maiden edition of Nzema Soccer Fiesta
The Association of Sports Broadcasters of Nzema ( ASBON), the independent body of the Nzema-based journalists has revealed their happiness following a successfully event.
ASBON which has over 20 journalists organized the unprecedented soccer Fiesta which featured Sekondi-Takoradi Professionals and Nzema-based Stars played on Sunday August 15, 2021 at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in Nzema Aiyinase.
The event got attention despite numerous challenges and time factor.
Samuel Enyan, who heads the newly inaugurated union told West End Radio in an interview that, their expectation was reached and very happy for the successfully organization.
“‘We are much grateful, very happy about the huge attendance, we can do better if we had plenty of days for the event”. He told West End Radio.
Nzema-based Professionals defeated Sekondi-Takoradi selected 3-1 to win the ultimate.
