Report: Asante Kotoko agree GHS 100,000 fee for Medeama star
Ghana Premier League giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko have agreed to pay Medeama a sum of GHS 100,000 for the services of Ghanaian midfielder Richard Boadu, according to latest reports we have gathered in Kumasi.
The Porcupine Warriors will pay the fee in two installments; the first (GHS 60,000) in September and the remainder in January.
Kotoko also have a total add-on amount of GHS 20,000 to pay if certain conditions are met.
The reports indicates that GHS 10,000 will be paid if Boadu makes 20 GPL appearances next season and GHS 10,000 if he reaches 10 direct goal contributions during the upcoming campaign.
Also, there is a 30% clause on profit to be paid on future sale by Kotoko to Medeama.
Richard Boadu has been impressive for the yellow and mauve since his move from Kumasi Cornerstone in 2017.
