WRFA Division Two sub- middle league to begin on Saturday
Western Regional Football Association has announced that, this year’s sub-middle League will be hosted at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park from Saturday August 27 to Monday August 29, 2021.
Initially, the competition was scheduled to be played at the Tarkwa Akoon Park instead of Cosby Awuah Memorial Park in Aiyinasi.
Eight teams from the region (Nzema,Ahanta and Tarkwa Zones) are expected to be paraded at CAM Park.
Nzema Zone will be represented by Basake Holy Stars and Great Islamicans from Kamgbunli.
Two from the eight teams will however make it to the super middle league, to battle it out with other representatives from Western North to grab the region’s sole slot in next season’s National Division One League competition which is expected to kick start in early November.
