Ghana winger Kamaldeen Sulemana has been crowned Ligue 1 young player of the month for October.
The Stade Rennes star saw off competition from Angers’ Mohammed-Ali Cho and Evann Guessand, who plays for OGC Nice.
The 19-year-old scored once and providing an assist in four games in October.
Sulemana completed 17 dribbles, made 9 key passes and created 2 big chances during that period.
Sulemana joined Rennes from Denmark’s Nordsjaelland in the summer and has made 12 Ligue 1 appearances so far, scoring 4 goals.
He has been named in Ghana’s squad for their crucial final two 2022 World Cup qualifying games against Ethiopia and South Africa.
