Basake Holy Stars has announced thier presence in the Ghana’s second tier competition following their 2-0 massive victory against another debutant side Soccer Intellectuals in the match day one of the 2021/22 National Division One League.
Holy Stars took the lead through talisman Augustine Owuso after only 20 minutes.
Both sides had tried to work chances, both sides possessing scarily talented attacks as every side forward looked like the build-up to another goal.
The visiting team got the second goal though a quick counter attacking football from Nzema-based side which resulted an own goal by Amos Korankye.
Holy Stars will return to Nzema with smiles all over after recording a historic 2-0 win over Ajumako-based Soccer Intellectuals.
