Former Ghana stars Anthony Baffoe, Stephen Appiah and Asamoah Gyan have landed in Niamey the capital city of Niger for the 2021 Republic day Gala.
The football tournament will be played on December 17 and the three Ex- Ghanaian stars are among legendary African footballers invited by the organizers to partake in the special football tournament.
Among the invited African Superstars include; Senegalese Elhadji Diouf, Nigeria’s Nwankwo Kanu, Patrick Mboma from Cameroon, Didier Drogba from Ivory Coast and newly elected Cameroon FA President Samuel Eto’s Fils.
The tournament been the first of it kind, the country is assembling legendary footballers on the continent to give joy to the citizens.
The gala is part of the country’s republic day celebrations which falls on December 18.
