Medeama SC have signed former Karela United attacker, Darlington Gyanfosu for a deal expected to run for three years.
The ex-Nea Salamina currently Wamanfo Mighty Royals speedster joins the Yellow and Mauves on a free transfer after ending his four years stay with the Aiyinasi-based club.
