The former Asante Kotoko talisman scored a powerful header in the second half after a goalless first 45 minutes of the match to win the game for Tarkwa based outfits on Sunday afternoon.
Medeama started the game on a blistering pace and dominated the game with a dazzling display and pushed their opponents to the back foot in the first half.
Gyanfosu came close to scoring the opening goal but his effort went wayward and left Wonders off the hook.
Wonders forced Medeama goalie,Kamil Anaaba into a super save through Sumaila Moro.
Medeama pressed and pushed back Eleven Wonders to defend as they continued to dominating the game.
Ahmed Toure popped up inside the box to power home the winning goal with a powerful header inside the box to win the game for the Yellow and Mauves following a super cross from captain Joseph Tetteh Zutah.
Medeama held their back line well and gave Eleven Wonders little chances at the back.
