The Ghana National Gas Company ( Ghana Gas) have confirmed there have been talks with Basake Holy Stars over a possible sponsorship package.
According to Mr Stephen Donkor in an interview with West End Radio, he stated discussions have gone on between the two parties and he hopes the talks will bear good fruits before the new football season.
The Senior Manager revealed this when addressing the media on the company’s comprehensive cooperate social responsibility within its operational areas.
Ghana Gas over the years have donated cash to the two glamorous Nzema clubs Karela United and Nzema Kotoko.
‘They just came in, we will look into their proposal and see, but talks are still ongoing for a possible sponsorship package, so they should take time”he said.
Basake Holy Stars have been impressive in their maiden campaign in the Division One League, having accumulated 41 points and sits on 5th position on the league after 29 games.
