Asante Kotoko striker, Franck Etouga Mbella has appealed to supporters of the club to troop to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday to witness the coronation of the club as champions of the season.
The Porcupine Warriors after playing better than any other club in the Ghana Premier League has amassed the needed pints to be crowned champions of the division.
This weekend after the team’s game against Elmina Sharks, there will be a coronation ceremony for the Ghana Premier League trophy and medals to be handed to the team.
In an interview with Opemsuo Radio on Wednesday evening, Franck Mbella Etouga has made an appeal to fans of the club.
“I beg all our supporters to come to the stadium in full on Sunday and witness the trophy,” the Cameroonian forward said.
With his 21 goals this season, Franck Etouga is leading the goal king chart in the Ghana Premier League and likely to end the season with that individual award in addition to the Ghana Premier League title.
