The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) has officially announced that the much anticipated top six tournament will kick start from 14th August to 31st August 2022.
The tournament which will serve as a preparation for clubs to prepare for the new season will also see clubs like Kotoko and Hearts of Oak prepare as they participate in the CAF Inter Club competition.
Six clubs that came top of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League table will participate in the tournament. Asante Kotoko, Medeama, Bechem United, Karela United, Great Olympics and Hearts of Oak.
Mr. John Ansah who is the vice Chairman of GHALCA has officially confirmed the participation of all six clubs in the tournament in an interview and has also stated the tournament will commence on the second week of August.
