Young defender Sherif Mohammed has joined Asante Kotoko, becoming the club’s 10th signing of the transfer window ahead of the 2022/23 season.
Mohammed has signed a three-year contract with Kotoko after leaving EuroAfrica FC.
The club allowed Mohammed to join them for pre-season and were impressed with his performance, prompting them to sign him.

Mohammed is the newest member of the Red family, joining Moise D’assise Pouaty, Frederick Asare, Nicholas Mensah, Ernest Osei-Poku, and Ugandan international Steven Dese Mukwala.
The other newcomers include Thomas Peleg Djomian, Ivorian midfielder Eric Serge Zézé, Enoch Morrison, and John Tedeku.
Kotoko have arrived in Sudan to continue preparations for the upcoming season.
