Karela United new coach Shaibu Ibrahim Tanko has revealed that the two early goals they conceded in the first 20 minutes of the first half affected their game and that caused their defeat against Bibiani Goldstars.
The Passioners lost the game despite good game in the second half.
Shaibu Tanko spoke in the press room at the Dun’s Park after Ghana Premier League matchday 16 clash.
It’s a painful defeat in terms of our performance in the second half, it was kind of game we expected and prepared for it, we didn’t put in a bad performance but the early goals really affected us” he noted.
The Passioners will end the first round with a home game against Kotoku Royals at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park on Sunday.
