The family and the wife and children of the late Christian Atsu, Marie Claire-Rupio were at at the forecourt of the State House for filling pass and also to show last respect to the late winger.
The funeral was attended by President Nana Akuffo Addo and former president John Dramani Mahama and other prominent officials and ex footballers.
The late footballer will be laid to rest in his hometown, Dogobome, in the Greater Accra Region.
