Legon Cities head coach Maxwell Konadu says his team will not be relegated from the Ghana Premier League at the end of the season.
The former Black Stars assistant coach suffered a big setback when his side lost 3-1 to King Faisal in a Week 33 encounter of the league campaign.
In his post-match interview monitored by Domesticsportsgh.com, Maxwell Konadu assured fans that there is no way Legon Cities FC will be relegated after the end of the season.
He explained that the Royals will prepare well to beat Samartex FC in the final game of the season to avoid the drop.
“We will do everything in our power to beat Samartex. It’s the last game of the season and we will throw everything at them to win the game whether we like it or not.
The final game of the season between Legon Cities and Samartex will be played on Sunday, June 11.
The Royals are currently in14th position on the league log with 43 points.
