Karela United are set to confirm the acquisition of highly-rated attacking midfielder, Sulemana Mohammed Asigri.
The talented midfielder joins the Passioners from Steadfast Football Club ahead of the upcoming season.
The 20-year old is believed to have inked a two-years deal with the Passioners.
Asigri was the livewire for the “Gangdu” lads in the Access Bank Division One League,Zone 1A where they finished third on the log.
Sulemana Mohammed Asigri was adjudged the Sports Personality of the year 2023 at the University of Development Studies (UDS) Tamale.
Karela United after lot of scuffles in the 2022-23 season finished 7th on the BetPawa Ghana Premier League standings.
The 2023-24 Domestic campaign is set to kick-off on September 15-18, 2023.
