Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, the President and Founder of the Afro Arab Group of Companies, has conveyed his eagerness to contribute as a board member to the esteemed African Club of the Century, Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
He stated that he is prepared to accept the call from the Club’s Patron, Otumfour Osei Tutu II, whenever it comes.
Speaking in an interview on Happy FM, the young businessman emphasized his deep support and affiliation with Kumasi Asante Kotoko, asserting that the club is the only one he passionately backs.
He expressed his willingness to serve Asante Kotoko and Asanteman, signifying his dedication to the team and its community.
Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu’s connection with the football club has been apparent through his past contributions.
He provided support to Asante Kotoko in the form of football boots and an undisclosed sum of money during a significant victory against their arch-rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak, some years ago.
Beyond his commitment to Asante Kotoko, Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu is set to host the upcoming International Youth Day on August 12th, 2023, at the National Mosque in Kanda. The event aims to celebrate and honor the youth from Zongo Communities.
